ScriptingLanguage < WorldFoundry

World Foundry now uses TCL as it's scripting languge (Will Norris has started on supporting perl as well).

Kevin Seghetti needs to write some docs here detailing how TCL integrates with World Foundry.

We are not really happy with TCL for this purpose, need to investigate other potential solutions:
